environment for all students, staff, and visitors. This security and safety policy outlines the
measures, guidelines, and procedures in place to ensure the well-being of everyone involved in
               our school community.

               Physical Security Measures
                   • Access Control: Access to the school premises is monitored and restricted to authorized
individuals through the use of secure entry points and controlled entry systems.
                   • Surveillance: Video surveillance systems may be deployed in strategic areas to enhance
security and monitor critical areas of the school.
                   • Security Personnel: Trained security personnel may be present on-site to ensure the
safety and well-being of the school community.

Online Safety: Students, staff, and faculty must follow internet etiquette to keep themselves and
               their colleagues safe.

Reporting and Communication: Reporting Incidents: Students, staff, and parents/guardians are
encouraged to report any security concerns, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to designated
               school authorities promptly.

               Policy Review and Updates:
This security and safety policy will be periodically reviewed in each learning site and updated as
needed to align with changing circumstances, emerging risks, and relevant regulations. By
implementing this security and safety policy, we aim to maintain a secure and conducive learning
environment that prioritizes the well-being and safety of our school community.

               Illness and Accidents
Maintaining good health is crucial for students pursuing our programs. However, in the
unfortunate event of accidents or illness occurring outside of school, it is essential to inform the
school administration promptly. We value open communication and appreciate being informed
               about any health-related issues.
